Our Comprehensive Mold Inspection Process is designed to give you the best possible service available. This process is designed to assess and determine if you have active mold growing in your home or office. 

Mold Inspections are needed if you are experiencing any of the following: 

  • Someone having Chronic Health Issues, such as allergenic symptoms, headaches, scratchy throat, chronic sinus infections, etc…

  • ​Visible evidence of microbial growth somewhere in your home or office.

  • Musty or damp odor.

  • Current or past water intrusion .

  • The need for documented evidence of airborne mold levels through testing.

Our comprehensive mold inspection includes both the exterior and interior of the home or business, using state of the art detection equipment and years of experience. Our licensed Mold Inspectors stay current on the latest discoveries and techniques so they can offer the best possible service to our clients. 

Let's Talk:
When you call or email, you will be assigned to a licensed Mold Inspector. Your Mold Inspector will be your point of contact from start to finish. In the first step you will discuss your unique situation. You will be asked a series of targeted questions to give a better idea of how we can be of service to you. 

An Onsite Comprehensive Mold Inspection: 
Once you have discussed your situation with the Mold Inspector, they will schedule an onsite comprehensive inspection of your home or office. There are four vital points needed for a successful mold inspection. 

EXPERIENCE, we have it. Our licensed Mold Inspectors have a combined 25 years of industry experience along with structural and construction experience making us the right choice.

TOOLS OF THE TRADE, not only do we have the latest technology, we know how to use it. It is important that we combine all the readings from each of our tools to give an overall picture of what is going on in your home or office. Don't be fooled, it takes more than one tool to be able to provide you with a comprehensive mold inspection. In order to successfully preform a non-invasive mold inspection our inspectors will use multiple tools, Infrared Imaging being just one of them. 

TESTING, we only use AIHA accredited third party laboratories, and follow a strict chain of custody. 

DOCUMENTATION & RECOMMENDATION, you will receive your lab results, our visual assessment documentation, and our recommendations, guidelines and protocols written by your licensed Mold Assessor that was present for your inspection report within 3-5 business days. Your assigned Mold Assessor will call you to set up a time to go over your results and answer any questions about the recommendations they made. 

What Happens Next?
Once your receive your Comprehensive Mold Inspection report outlining the areas of concerns and recommendations for your home or business, the next step is to select a Mold Remediation company to handle your remediation.They will need to see a copy of your assessment report. Once the remediation is done, contact us so we can schedule you for a Post Remediation Verification appointment where we will come and inspect the work and take samples to confirm your home has been returned to a Healthy Home Standard.
